Meet Shane

Shane Nelson started out in the health and fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, where he worked not only in the area of exercise and fitness, but also worked in the area of Cellular Health & Fitness.  It is at the Institute of Cellular Health & Fitness where he learned to look at the body as a whole, right down to the cellular level.  He broadened his base beyond basic fitness and nutrition and expanded his knowledge to work in the areas of Anti-Aging, Disease Prevention, and Immune System Enhancement.  He is a Certified Reboundologist, where he works with the use of a rebounder (mini-trampoline) which strengthens the body at a cellular level.   Shane also served as a US Navy Corpsman (Medic), giving him an extensive background in medicine which furthered his knowledge even more of how the human body works.  Shane’s more current background now comes as a Certified Naturopathic Practitioner, where he has learned to look at the body and help it from a more natural and holistic approach.  He currently works as a Health & Wellness Consultant, a Bioresonance Biofeedback Technician, a Certified Neurofeedback Trainer, and as a Certified Low Level Laser Therapy Technician (LLLT).  The Bioresonance Biofeedback provides feedback which gives us a better understanding of what’s going on with the body.  He also uses Neurofeedback to train the brain, which allows the brain to heal itself, helping to give us more peaceful and restful lives, so that we may focus better and think more clearly throughout our day.  A more recent addition to his services is Low Level Light Laser Therapy (LLLT), which can reset different frequencies in the body and can help with a whole array of health issues.  His past service with the military, his dedication, and a passion to help others places him in a great position to share his knowledge and to help those with their health and wellness needs.

Meet Amy

Back in 1999 I was exposed to some chemicals while the company I was working for was renovating the building. Several co-workers and I became very sick. My life after that had changed. I had a hard time going about my normal everyday activities. Certain smells began causing me to have severe headaches, often migraines. This exposure also induced asthma which required me to use inhalers. Forget trying to clean the house. I had to get a heavy duty mask to wear just to clean.

During my research on the chemicals I was exposed to and my symptoms, I started looking into natural cleaning products and natural living. I switched my cleaning products to environmentally friendly ones, started to improve my diet, and began learning more about a holistic lifestyle.

This horrible experience I went through brought me to review what I use for my family; everything from food and nutrition to personal and home care. Most importantly be able to share this information with others.

Fast forward to 2014 where several life changes began to impair my health again. I was exhausted, in pain, anxious, depressed, had ‘IBS’, and long painful periods. I ended up with adrenal fatigue, candida, leaky gut, and hormone imbalances. All too common for our world today.

I know there are many others out there that go through similar stressful days and events. Our world has advanced quicker than we can keep up with. I’ve always enjoyed helping others get healthy and happy and I want to continue to do so. That is why I trained with IIN, and continue to expand upon my 20+ years of experience in health.
